Who We are ?
Groupe ACACIA is a strategic advisory firm that structures, secures and drives investment performance in complex environments.
Our Positioning
ACACIA operates at the critical points of the investment cycle:
- Upstream - securing the conditions for market entry
- During structuring - building viable investment trajectories
- During execution - resolving bottlenecks and restoring performance
We typically step in when:
- Decision-making slows down
- Public commitments become uncertain
- Stakeholder coordination breaks down
- The financial or operational trajectory begins to deteriorate
Our role is to create the conditions for execution - and keep capital moving.
Our Value Proposition
We help our partners enter and position themselves securely in the market:
- restart stalled or slowing projects
- realign stakeholders and public commitments
- restore a viable execution path
- protect and grow investment value.
Our Mission
We enable investments to move securely from market entry to execution in complex environments, aligning systems, stakeholders and institutional frameworks to sustain long-term performance.

This multidisciplinary background gives her a distinctive perspective on the public governance, budgetary, regulatory and decision-making systems that shape how investment moves from strategy to execution.
Her work focuses on the structural constraints that can hinder execution within public systems - from the gap between planning and delivery to public procurement bottlenecks and the challenge of aligning public stakeholders and investors around shared objectives.
As President of Groupe ACACIA, she works with investors and institutions to structure, align and steer strategic projects, integrating regulatory, budgetary and institutional considerations to strengthen execution.
Her approach is grounded in a simple conviction: capital alone does not deliver performance. The systems around it do.
